Synology RX410 delivers an effortless solution for volume expansion and data backup for Synology RackStation RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+. The RX410 seamlessly scales up the storage capacity of the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+ by an additional 4 hard drives on-the-fly when connected directly to the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+.

When running out of the hard drive capacity on the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+, the Synology RX410 provides an easy way to immediately scale capacity by an additional 4 hard drives. The RAID volume on the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+ can be expanded directly without having to reformat the existing hard drives, ensuring the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+ continues its service during the capacity expansion. When created as a separate volume, the Synology RX410 provides an easy solution for backing up the Synology RS812/RS812+/RS812RP+.
